Rota virus Infection - Symptoms Causes Prevention

Rota virus is a virus that has a diameter of 50-60 nm and is a major cause of diarrhea in infants or children under the age of 3 years. Adults also can be infected with rota virus but the probability is still small. Rota virus is also found in young animals such as calves, lambs or piglets. To prevent rota virus infections on your child, ask for the vaccine from your doctor, usually the doctor already knows what is the appropriate type of vaccine to be given to your child according to your child's age.
